Our Cells Are The Building Blocks that Heal Themselves

Our cells are the building blocks that heal themselves.

6 things about our cells you should know:

  • Our cells are the building blocks of our bodies
  • We have “Trillions of Cells”
  • Our cells provide structure for our bodies
  • Nutrients from our foods ~ are fed to our cells
  • The Mitochondria of our cells convert the food into energy the cell can use
  • Our cells carry out specialized instructions

Our cells contain (9) different parts ~ they are:

  • Cytoplasm ~ jelly-like fluid surrounding the nucleus of the cell
  • Cytoskeleton ~ a network of strong fibers making up the cell’s structural network
  • ER (Endo-Plasmic Reticulum) ~ helps to process molecules created by the cell
  • Golgi~Apparatus ~ molecules processed by (ER) to be transported out of the cell
  • Lysosomes & Perixsomes ~ recycling center of the cell ~ rids the cell of toxic substances and recycles worn-out cell components
  • MITOCHONDRIA ~ converts energy from food into a form the cell can use
  • Nucleus ~ The cell’s command center sending directions to our cells to grow, mature, divide, or die
  • Plasma Membrane ~ the outer lining of our cells ~ separating our cells from our environment ~ and allows materials to enter and leave
  • Ribosomes ~ Processing the cell’s genetic instructions to create proteins

Our Cells contain the body’s hereditary material and can make copies of themselves.

The body’s principal energy source is Carbohydrates, such as sugar and starch break down into glucose. Glucose can be used immediately as fuel or can be sent to the liver and muscles and stored as glycogen.

We have (4) types of cells:

  • Epithelial Cells ~ Cells tightly attached to one another
  • Nerve Cells ~ Cells specialized for communication
  • Muscle Cells ~ Cells specialized for contraction
  • Connective Tissue Cells

Going into the structure of the cell is important. You know the adage, “You Are What You Eat?” The foods we put into our bodies make up our body’s functions. The Original Chi Machine we endorse and sell is (1) item that supports our healthy cells.
