Chi Machine Steps:

  1. Drink 6-8 oz of water. 
  2. Place the Chi Machine on a Yoga Mat on the floor (make sure the handle is facing away from you)
  3. Lay down and put your legs in the stirrups just above your ankles
  4. Make sure you are lined up straight when using the Chi Machine
  5.  Move the timer to the 10 position then back to the 2 minute dot (each dot on the timer is 2 minutes)
  6. If you are Elderly or sickly start off with 2 minutes
  7. If you are in general in good health, start off with 6 minutes
  8. When the machine stops do not move for 2-6 minutes ~ 60% of the benefit occurs during this time. The movement of the Chi Machine has increased the vital energy to the cells. This tranquil time allows the cells to absorb the vital energy and repair themselves.

Tips for getting up off the floor ~ Chi Machine has ended & you waited for the tingling to subside:

  • Bring your knees up to your chest – this helps to stretch the spine –
  • With knees up hands to the sides roll knees to the side – if you are not flexible – keep feet flat on the floor and rotate knees what you can from side to side – left leg flat on the floor – bring knee up and pull knee to the side – then do the other side – will give a nice twist to the spine. 
  • Roll over and slowly get updrink water – You may ask – what is the purpose of drinking another 6-8 ounces of water? To detoxify and hydrate the body.

  • Do not talk while using the Chi Machine – You need to relax, close your eyes and deep breathe
